Full Ticket Terms
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made by email at least 24 hours before the event to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued outside this window unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
Admission
The organiser and cinema reserve the right to refuse admission or credit your account at their discretion.
Age Classification
ID may be required for films with age classifications. Please bring valid photographic ID with you. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and may refuse entry if satisfactory ID is not provided.
Mobile Phones & Recording
Phones must be switched off or set to silent during the screening. Recording or photography inside the auditorium is strictly not permitted.
Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of staff on the night.
Personal Belongings
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
